A Therapist offering somatic psychotherapy online in Toronto, Ontario, to women and Mothers who are overwhelmed, experience burnout, resentment and loss of identity.

Individual therapy

Our bodies hold our stories. In moments of crisis, they adapt in ways that help us survive — these instincts often don’t settle on their own.

Body-based psychotherapy (also known as somatic therapy) helps reconnect your mind and body, so you can begin to experience sensations and emotions in a way that feels more manageable and supported.

Instead of just talking about what you’re feeling, we begin to notice how those experiences show up in your body—through tension, breath, sensation, and subtle shifts in your nervous system.

This work isn’t about fixing or moving past what you’re going through. It’s about having a space where you don’t have to push it away or hold it all together on your own—where you can stay connected to yourself, even when things still feel uncertain.

Your body is already working in real time—even when you’re in survival mode. Together, we begin to notice what’s happening beneath the surface and create space for things to feel even just a little bit more manageable.

This work can be especially supportive if you’re experiencing a medical crisis, ongoing health challenges, birth trauma or termination for medical reasons, grief and loss, caregiver stress, identity shifts, or a time in your life that feels uncertain and without clear resolution.
